Their ALWAYS friendly...first thing in the morning. It's refreshing, I don't notice that I'm taking my MONEY out
the bank manager Kathy doenst know anything about credit, she gave me some really bad advice and because of her actions my credit score dropped, I don't appreciate it!
If I could give this establishment zero stars I would automatically. Their manager signed my 10 year old up for an account so he could save. And when I needed statements from that account, they charged me money for printing out those statements. Instead they could have told me to go online where they would have cost nothing to print out. Instead they charged me 99.00 dollars to print this information out. Never told me they charged me the 99.00 dollars. Then a year later(never said a word about owing them money or closing my sons account.) collections start calling asking for my 10 YEAR OLD SON. I have been dealing with PNC over the phone to get this measly 99.00 dollars resolved for months now. They will not excuse their managers actions because he quit and now it is my part to be liable for mistakes the employees made??!! I really don't understand that at all. SO yes they ripped me off and now not I but my 10 year old will have to pay for it. I don't think so these greedy bankers can have their money so I do not have to deal with the collections calling everyday anymore. Even after someone at home office told me they would no longer call...... PNC IS A NIGHTMARE DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP INTO THIS BUISNESS ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SCAM YOU AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU END UP LOOSING MONEY AND YOUR MISRABLE.
