First, these guys made a quick emergency tow and repair when I needed a new battery and alternator last week. Unfortunately in the process, they didn’t secure the clamp on the radiator hose that has me back in the shop today for a blown thermostat and fried water pump. I called them to explain what happened and asked what they would do in light of the situation. Gene investigated and called me back within half an hour to tell me he was 90% sure it was their fault and they would do whatever I thought was right to make me whole ... no photos, no lawyers, just my good word and I’m not even a regular customer! Mistakes happen. These guys handled it the right way. I would completely trust them with my business again.
Took car in to have exhaust manifold bolt removed from block, they drilled out threads and damaged engine block. They charged me 400 dollars to remove said bolt. It is still in the engine block. Headed back when they open to resolve this issue with them. I will update.
