Love Dr. Kizer and his staff. The dental hygienist are so patient and kind with my children. All of the staff at the clinic I work take their children to Dr. Kizer's office.
They had no bed side manor for children and no one in the office knew how to file insurance correctly. I kept getting wrong bills for six months and went through 3 office managers that quit. I was told they would sue me when I refused to pay for bills that would have been covered by my insurer if they would just have coded things properly. I had to literally spend hours and hours over several months on the phone to get the billing straightened out to prove I was right. After all of that the cavities they filled for my very young son (work done in a outpatient hospital so several could be done at one time) were not done correctly. We are now having to get another dentist to fix them all. The only reason I went here in the first place is because they were in network for bcbsnc. We will not be going back.
Loved this office! Staff is extremely friendly, explained all procedures to my children and were efficient. Dr. Kiser is very friendly and put our family at ease.
