I would give no stars if I could. They have cancelled on me twice, and both times, their next available appointment was a month and a half away. What kind of medical center has the audacity to cancel the night before an appointment only to offer a months wait? I don't care if the particular doctor they scheduled me with is "out of the clinic" that day. I just want to see some doctor. I just want treatment. I've been in pain for months, waiting and waiting for an appointment at this clinic. I guess it's time for me to look elsewhere.
Right now, I'm not impressed with conflicting communication regarding my condition. I thought Baptist was the best, I just went for my first visit, communication amongst doctors is not impressive and mentioning to me regarding my insurance may not pay was not professional considering the pain I'm in. I am calling them Today. I have not received my results from my x-ray yesterday. Again not impressed, hopefully my perception will change for the positive.
This isn't to say the quality of care is poor or anything (I wouldn't know); frankly, if you have the sort of neck injury that can wait months, then this might be the clinic for you!
