A+ service, excellent care, and the wait time was very reasonable. The staff was absolutely phenominal and made sure I was cared for and comfortable.

I had a great experience. After being told at the Novant urgent care that the wait would be at least 2.5 hours, we took our names of the list and head here to Baptist. We were in and out with prescription inn hand in 30 mins. To top it off all the staff and doctors were extremely friendly. My family and I will be coming back when the need arises.
Was in and out fairly quickly for a case of strep throat. Was written a Rx for Antibiotics, and sent home. Staff was nice . I then called back to get a prescription for prednisone, and was told that I needed to be seen again for an Rx steroid. Glorified pharmacy with some medical knowledge is how I would best describe it. This was on a weekend, when my Dr's office was closed. I guess I would go back in an emergency, but would try another urgent care facility first.
Staff was very thorough & efficient. Very satisfied with our visit.
