Checked right in and got great care. Didn't have to wait 9 hrs for an ultrasound result like we did at Baptist. You can keep that hospital and the lack of bedside manners. Awesome staff and they take things serious.
I went into the ER last night. I liked that I felt safe there, it was new with new equipment that worked great, everything was clean and neat, and especially the staff was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I would go to this ER again, if I need quick medical attention. Hope I don't need to tho. lol.
Rude doctors, not willing to help the patient in a kind caring way, and does very little to help fix the problem you came in for. They seem to have forgotten how they get their paychecks.
My daughter fell at school and needed stitches. The doctor in the emergency room was not friendly one bit. He said the stitches would dissolve on there own. A month went by. Still had stitches. They are not the kind that dissolve. They had to be removed. Wouldn't you think a doctor would know what kind of stitches he put in. This is not my first bad experience with Novant. They lost all my trust. Never will go back to a Novant again.
My kiddo busted his lip big time! Got stitches! In and out in under 60 minutes! Thank you all!
