The first time I kept calling to place a delivery but the girl that answered hung up on me twice. I decided to go in to place the order since I had been attempting several times to call and at this point I was close to the restaurant. I placed my order but in the end, had to wait almost an hour for the pizza. I observed the staff while waiting and the waitress only had 2 tables but was clearly irritated that she had to wait on them, I presume she is also the same that kept hanging up while trying to order. Their was a gentleman trying to check out and an employee walked up and completely ignored him, got cash out of the register and walked away... Horrible excuse for customer service. There were about 5 customers at the front, all of us in disbelief at how this restaurant is ran.
I have eaten here numerous times in the past two years but today might be my last. This was the worst pizza I have ever received anywhere. Dry and barely edible. Service was chaotic and slow.
Never again.
This place is filthy and they don't use gloves when they make the food . Plus it was an hour and a half when I finally drove there to see where my delivery was. That's where I noticed how dirty it wasi cancelled it immediately
Giving this restaurant a 1 star is being overly generous. This is the WORST pizza place I have ever ordered from. Giving a few chances to do better and everytime is a different horrible experience.
Several months later I went online to order. I ordered 2 2liter drinks, 2 medium pizzas. Delivery time was 35 minutes. After 52 minutes with no delivery I called to the store. As soon as I called, they literally answered the phone, I asked for the manager and the girl HUNG UP THE PHONE ???!!! Is that a policy at this place? I called back and this time the manager answered. She apologized and she was polite. When the food FINALLY arrived (almost an hour and 15 minutes) it was cold and the drinks were 20 oz drinks!!!!!
Placed order for mushroom pizza large and boneless wings for carry out. Came in 10 minutes after order and waited 40+ minutes for pizza. Cook employees thought it was delivery when it was clearly carry out because I was standing there. Those employees kept asking if something was this or that with cashier saying “if it’s what it looks like it is” Estimated wait was 15 minutes. Ended up being almost an hour. Only redeeming quality of story was my cashier. Was very friendly and helpful. She deserves a raise!
