I've been shipping through this USPS for almost a year now. Haven't had any problems until now. They returned two packages 3 days after I shipped them. They didn't adjust the online tracking so my customers now think their packages will be shipped on time. And, one box was returned damaged. I honestly only use them cause I have to.
They're usually not bad, with the exception that I've had issues receiving my packages. Prime example, I just watched the carrier drive right past my apartment, barely slow down, and keep going. Thanks.
If I could give zero I would. My mail has not only gone to other homes in the past 8 months but they just returned my save the dates stating that I had moved and not left a forwarding address. Nevermind the fact that they delivered my paper mail the same day my save the dates were supposed to be here! Currently I have been on hold for over an hour with no positive outcome thus far.

My small business uses USPS for shipping worldwide. What a great find; the professional, hard working people and management at this great post office!
Also, when I go in, there's only one employee that's actually nice and doesn't see customers as a burden. Overall, the postal service is helpful for cheap shipping but is not customer oriented.
