The atmosphere just makes me less confident in the quality of the wash or the safety of my car, unfortunately.
The equipment and building are in such need of renovation, though, that it honestly makes me nervous that my car will be unintentionally scratched or something. The wash equipment squeaks horribly and didn't seem to move the way it's supposed to in order to wash the entire car. The interior of the building borders on dilapidated. The carpet is coming up in spots. The windows to the wash bay are so dirty, I literally couldn't see through them. The ceiling plaster is peeling, and the bathrooms are dirty.
The staff did a pretty thorough job, and the prices are reasonable. That's what I can say positive about it.
I will never go back there again, I stopped by to get car clean with the 25.00 package , they did not clean windows on the outside, use the same cloth to dry tires as the exterior of my car , door jams not wipe down when i said something to the guy he act like it was fine i showed him the water in the door jams than he got rude acting like i was having a bad day, LOL I said just do what you sign says you do or take it off because you did not complete the job, this was my second time the first I did not say any thing , but know again I was not paying for a job they did not do,, BAD BUSSINESS
I drive what I consider a rolling dog kennel hair smell the whole ball of wax. I gave it to the folks at Mclean for an hour or so and it is like brand new inside and out. The tall guy I assume was the manager went over what I was trying to do and he had his guys take care of everything I asked for. Go by and see these folks you won't be sorry.
Drove up with one car in front of me and four guys working on it. I stood there for fifteen minutes and not one person came over to greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. Won't go back here! Poor customer service!
