Great service. Delicous food. Staff is nice and very friendly.
Extremely unprofessional service. Staff was yelling and cussing each other out with the window open. When told it was open they rolled their eyes and said "my bad". Order was incorrect, food was cold. Staff is laughing about giving us too many straws but no utensils. "Manager" yelling shut up to employees with window open. Staff loudly complaining about a customer in front of other customers. No one is perfect and I never expect people to be, but I do expect a level of professionalism and profanity and disrespect are neither of those.
Great food but be sure to check your order before leaving. If it's wrong they'll only add to it, not replace it all. I ordered a 2 piece chicken breast meal. Drove the 7 miles back home to find I only had 1 piece of chicken. So I drove back. When I walked in the door they didn't even have to ask me, they knew they'd left a piece of chicken out. They just gave me an additional piece chicken to go with the persons now cold chicken and fries. It was food for someone else so I returned with everything. I thought they would replace it all. That's what we do at the restaurant I work at. If we mess up and someone brings it all back we replace everything with fresh hot food.
Two Cajun chicken biscuits, both stale like they'd been sitting out for an hour. What made it worse was that they were out of iced tea. Not a shining moment for a chain whose food I normally love. Not going here again.
I've never felt so unwanted as a customer. It was still an hour and a half until close and there was no one at front counter. But one employee finally came up and had the nerve to say "what do you need?" Are you kidding me?! I should have walked out and left right then and there. And while I was eating the employees were in the back yelling at each other and being disruptive. I will never go back and deal with these people again. Sorry to the manager, but you hired the wrong people.
